Днес дойде поредния съвет от съпорта на Вайбър относно този проблем. Аз го пробвах - никакъв ефект.
Пускам го тук да пробвате и вие, ако аз не съм направил нещо както трябва:
The issue you are experiencing may be resolved by removing all traces of Viber from your device and then reinstalling it.
Please note that this will delete your Viber messages, call history and all of your Viber media (photos and video). Please backup everything you need (see

In your device's settings go to "Application Manager" and find Viber. Choose Clear Cache.
Uninstall Viber (Follow the uninstall instructions at the beginning of the article:

Enter the Apps screen on your device
Find the My Files app or similar file manager used by your device
Select All Files
Select Viber and delete it
Once the Viber folder is deleted, install Viber on your device again from Google Play.
